The bathroom in our room was equipped with a shower. It was a refreshing experience for us as a family.
The only downside was there was only one bathroom for the whole family.

The location of the property is convenient for exploring the North Devon Coast, with a 15-minute walk to the harbor. The kitchen is well-stocked with good facilities, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the view from the top floor room is lovely, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
The garden of the property is overgrown and not well-maintained, which does not provide a pleasant space for guests to sit outside.

Sea views from the patio were absolutely breathtaking. Sitting there, sipping my morning coffee, I felt like I had a front-row seat to nature's own panoramic masterpiece. It was as if the ocean had decided to showcase its beauty right in front of me, with waves crashing in perfect harmony. It was like being in the front row of a concert, but instead of music, the orchestra was the soothing sound of the sea.
Limited bathroom facilities.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this lovely, well-equipped house. The decor had a charming seaside vibe and the Prosecco upon arrival was a delightful touch. The views from the lounge and top floor bedroom were stunning. The house was impeccably decorated and clean. We also appreciated the prompt response when we needed a cot, with the agent going above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby amenities and restaurants such as The Thatched Inn and Sawmills Restaurant. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor dining experiences.
I do recommend this hotel.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a jaw-dropping seaside vibe that instantly set the mood for our family holiday. The house was incredibly well-equipped and beautifully decorated, giving it a super cozy and comfortable feel. The view from the lounge and the top floor bedroom was simply breathtaking. A short drive away, we found a Tesco for all our essentials, and some amazing restaurants like The Thatched Inn and Sawmills that offered awesome food and drinks both inside and outside. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Although our requested cot was initially missing, the agent quickly sorted it out and even offered to come over after working hours to put it together for us. The 15-minute walk to the harbor was pleasant, and we easily found parking. It was nice and quiet, providing the perfect getaway. If we ever return, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The view from most of the rooms was absolutely insane!

The bathroom was spotless and had a refreshing shower. It made me feel clean and invigorated after a day of riding.
I personally found the bathroom a bit small, but others may not mind.

The bathroom was just what I needed after a long day of exploring - a refreshing shower that helped me relax and unwind. As someone who loves a good hot shower, this definitely hit the spot!
Personally, I found only having one bathroom a bit inconvenient. Others might still find it perfectly fine, though.

Great terrace, fabulous view from the bedroom. The washing machine was a lifesaver, but the towels were practically non-existent.
Oh, and who needs towels anyway? It's a luxury to have them, right?

During my recent stay at 4 The Terrace, I was impressed with the well-equipped kitchen and the lovely view from the top floor room. The house had a cozy, seaside vibe that added to the charm of our family holiday. It was also conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful North Devon Coast. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the decoration of the house. The Prosecco we received upon arrival was a delightful touch. Additionally, there were several nice restaurants nearby, including the Thatched Inn and Sawmills Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks.
While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks to note. The terrace was overgrown, which made it less pleasant to sit outside.

The living room had plenty of space for everyone and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the view from the top floor room was simply breathtaking. The location was also great for exploring the beautiful North Devon Coast. We found parking easily and it was nice and quiet during our stay.
The garden was not safe for children or dogs as there were no safety barriers on the raised patio. The bathroom sink was blocked, and we had to use the bath taps for brushing our teeth.
